• Réservation :

  • A credit card is necessary to confirm the reservation.

  • Stay from 1 to 4 nights : deposit of 1 night.

  • Stay of more than 5 nights : deposit of 30 % of the total amount of the stay.

• Cancellation :

  • More than 3 days before arrival : cancellation without charge.​

  • Less than 3 days before arrival : retention of the deposit.

  • Non presentation, cancellation the arrival day or early departures (before the scheduled day): billing of 100 % of the total amount of the reservation.

  • Non refundable deposit during the Theater Festival in July.

• Damage, ban on smoking : the client, by agreeing to take a room, commits to use the room as a "good father" and to respect all measures of the Hotel's Rules of Procedure, especially the general ban on smoking, including in the rooms. A guest who contravenes this rule will have to pay the hotelier an indemnity corresponding to the cleaning and smoke extraction costs of the room, amounting to 50 €.
