Cancellation Policy:

• ​Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival.

• In case of cancellation between 14 days and the day before arrival, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

• In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, the total booking amount will be charged.

• For the period from July 3rd to July 27th, 2025, the deposits (50%) paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.
   

Prepayment: To ensure the accuracy of the bank information provided during booking, a prepayment of €1.00 will be made 14 days before arrival.
 

Security Deposit: A security deposit of €300 will be requested before your arrival via the secure TYLLT platform. This system does not affect your bank account: no amount will be charged unless damage is found after your stay. You will find a description of the premises in the apartment's welcome booklet, please take a few minutes to consult it.
 

Damage, Lost Key, No Smoking Policy: By accepting to rent the apartment, the guest agrees to use it "with due care" and to comply with the Apartment & Building House Rules, including the general ban on smoking, organizing parties & events, and damaging the property.
 

Check-in: Between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
In case of late arrival, please notify in advance to arrange your check-in.
 

Check-out: 11:00 am.
