• Terms of cancelation :​

  • Cancellation is free up to 5 days before arrival.

  • In the event of cancellation less than 5 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be due.

  • In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival, no-show or shortened stay, the entire stay will be due.

  • For the period from June 29 to July 21, 2024, deposits paid upon reservation are non-refundable.

• Prepayment : in order to guarantee the accuracy of the banking information provided when booking, a prepayment of €1.00 will be made 3 days before arrival.

• Damage, loss of key, no smoking: the client, by agreeing to rent the apartment, undertakes to use it as a “good father” and to respect the provisions of the Internal Regulations of the Apartment & of the Building, in particular the general ban on smoking, organizing parties & events, and damage property. A customer who contravenes this rule must pay the hotelier compensation corresponding to the costs of removing smoke from the apartment in the amount of €100 or the costs of repairing the damaged property or equipment.

  The keys to the apartments are available at the Hotel Reception.
  In case of late arrival, please notify in advance in order to organize your arrival.
